Tired of competing with your prices.
"Dear Team, I am extremely disappointed. We all received an email from Dr. Mark stating that discounts would never be offered to customers because it would undermine the professionals who recommend and sell your products. Yet, time and again, your company continues to run promotions that allow my clients to purchase products for less than I can offer them in my practice. This puts me in an embarrassing position. My clients regularly tell me they can buy the same products cheaper directly from your website than from me. It undermines my credibility and makes it difficult to justify carrying and recommending your retail line. I have been loyal to your company since my esthetics school days. I have built my practice using your products because I believed in both their quality and in your commitment to supporting professional estheticians. Unfortunately, that commitment no longer feels genuine. I simply do not have the time or resources to monitor your website every day to see what promotion is running so I can try to explain or compete with it. As professionals, we should not have to worry that the company we support is simultaneously undercutting us. Estheticians are the ones who educate clients, introduce them to your products, and help build your brand’s reputation. Without that professional recommendation, many of those clients would never have become customers in the first place. It is discouraging to feel that our loyalty and contribution are valued so little. After years of supporting your brand, I am seriously questioning whether it is time to move on to a company that truly respects and protects its professional partners. This is not a decision I take lightly, but I can no longer continue putting myself in a position where my own supplier makes it harder for me to serve my clients with confidence.
