HOW TO USE

Morning: Cleanse, Hydrate & Protect

Step 1 | Cleanse: Massage ORMEDIC® balancing facial cleanser onto damp skin and rinse thoroughly.

Step 2 | Hydrate: Apply VITAL C hydrating anti-aging serum to cleansed skin.

Step 3 | Protect: Finish with DAILY PREVENTION™ pure mineral hydrating moisturizer SPF 30. Apply generously 15 minutes before sun exposure and reapply at least every two hours when exposed to the sun.

Evening: Cleanse & Renew

Step 1 | Cleanse: Remove daily impurities with ORMEDIC® balancing facial cleanser.

Step 2 | Renew: Apply AGELESS+ retinol overnight masque according to the recommended acclimation schedule.

"The new formula is completely different! The smell is VERY strong, almost a sweet orange chemical peel smell. While I’m not a fan of the smell the performance is the most concerning. I’ve used this cleanser for almost 10 years & loved it for how gentle it is. However now it is very harsh. It caused my skin to become very red, burn & feel very tight. This has never happened before. Please be aware before buying & using on clients! I truly hope this issue can be resolved! I want to say I have been refunded for the products & appreciate that but I think people should know that something is going on with this product."

Loved the Old Formula — Very Disappointed With the

"I’m extremely disappointed with the recent change to the ORMEDIC Balancing Facial Cleanser, especially as a professional account. This has been one of my best-selling retail products and a staple in my treatment room for a long time. I recently ordered a professional-size bottle and was never informed that the product had been changed. The new scent is noticeably much stronger and sweeter than the previous version. Unfortunately, it is not just my personal preference — several of my clients have commented that they do not like the new smell or the way the cleanser feels compared with the previous formula. For a product that is marketed toward sensitive and redness-prone skin, I also find the much stronger fragrance particularly disappointing. The previous version had a light, pleasant scent that worked beautifully in a professional treatment environment. This new version feels like a completely different experience. My biggest frustration is the lack of communication with professionals. When a product is heavily used in treatment rooms and recommended to clients for home care, a noticeable formula or fragrance change should be clearly communicated before professionals purchase large backbar sizes and continue recommending it. I genuinely loved the previous ORMEDIC cleanser and would gladly continue purchasing it if the old scent/formula were brought back. I hope IMAGE listens to its professionals and clients and seriously reconsiders this change."
