"Placed an order never received it. Reached out to customer service and got treated as if I was asking for a hand out. Had to wait an additional 3 days when I had already done my due diligence and checked with neighbors, looked around the area etc. reached out again to notify I had done that again. Customer care agent responded with only shipping info for a new shipment. Didn’t even give me an option to have it sent to a more secure place. Again did not receive my order… luv the product I’ve used in the past but the customer service not so much.. I guess I’ll just have to buy from a retailer or find a new product to use."
